Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
Ensure all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact upon return.
Items that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this period to initiate a return.
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.
How to Submit a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
Send your return request via email with your Order ID and reason for return to riverinnovateenterprises@gmail.com.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photographs to illustrate the issue. This helps expedite the process.

After approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with these guidelines.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected. Upon approval, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
Partial Refunds
