  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this period to initiate a return.

  • Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for return.

How to Submit a Return

Send your return request via email with your Order ID and reason for return to riverinnovateenterprises@gmail.com.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photographs to illustrate the issue. This helps expedite the process.
