Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To initiate a cancellation, contact our customer service team via email, providing your order details. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days following confirmation.

Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return request after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Change Requests
We do not allow modifications to orders that have already been placed, including product changes or address updates. In such cases, please cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order with the correct information.
